What's on the menu at Pat's Family Barbecue?
Our trailer menu features brisket, pulled pork and ribs, with barbecue beans, coleslaw, potato salad and mac and cheese on the side. On our regular days we serve until 5 PM or until we sell out, whichever comes first.
